Who is Mega-Data?
Mega-Data Services, Inc., was incorporated in the state of Florida in 1978, and specializes in custom software development, courseware development, technical writing, and training for both PCs and Unisys mainframes.
Patricia McDermott-Wells, president and founder, has over 25 years of computer experience which covers all aspects of data processing. Her last position with Unisys Corporation, prior to Mega-Data, was as a top technical software specialist for Unisys mainframes on an international "fly & fix" support team. She is well-known throughout the Unisys user community. She holds a Bachelor in Mathematics and a Masters in Management Science/Operations Research from the University of Miami, and is a doctoral student at Nova Southeastern University. She is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) in both Windows NT and Windows 2000, holding MCP certifications in Visual Basic Programming, Access Development, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Directory Services, Networking, TCP/IP, Internet Information Server and Internet Explorer Administration She has written technical "how-to" articles for Unisphere magazine.
