COP 2210 - Programming I

UPDATE: FIU's technical staff has not yet moved to NetBeans 6.0.  In order to ensure that your programs will run both at FIU and on your home computer, we will use NetBeans 5.5 with the Java JDK 6 update 02 for this class. If you have already installed NetBeans 6.0, you may want to uninstall it to ensure that NetBeans 5.5 will install correctly.  It is quite likely that projects you create in NetBeans 6.0 will not be usable in NetBeans 5.5.   Several incompatibilities in other types of NetBeans projects have already been found. For this reason, you are strongly encouraged to install the same release on our own system as is installed at FIU's lab.
