"I just wanted to write you and tell you how much your Cadet Records Manager program has accomplished for us. This program has reduced the amount of time we spend on in-processing and maintaining student records. We have, and I'm sure most JROTC units do too, a great turn-over of staff which require us to retrain key positions.
